Planet Vegeta was coexisted by Tuffles, (YES, THAT’S RIGHT THE
SAME ENEMY IN DRAGONBALL GT BUT BABY IS GENETICALLY MODIFIED TUFFLE THOUGH) Sources
indicate that the planet were takeover by the Saiyan race which was then ruled
by KING VEGETA. Akira Toriyama, in an interview stated that Tuffles were the
original natives which they allowed the Saiyans to live in their place. As per
Vegeta’s statement in one of the scenes, tuffles treated them like slaves or
like low class citizens in which they made a forceful war for the planet which
was led by KING VEGETA.
